AI-Generated Images

Some leotard presentation images are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). These images are identified with an "AI" badge and do not represent real people. No personal data is used for generating these images. Users are informed that these images are provided for illustrative purposes and may not exactly reflect the actual item.

Nature of the Platform

EncoreLeo is a marketplace connecting sellers and buyers of rhythmic gymnastics leotards. EncoreLeo acts as a hosting provider within the meaning of Article 6-I-2 of the French LCEN (Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy) of 21 June 2004. EncoreLeo is not a party to transactions between Users and assumes no responsibility for the quality, conformity, or delivery of items.

Applicable Law

The EncoreLeo website and all its content are governed by French law.
