3. Managing Your Consent
On your first visit, a cookie banner allows you to accept or reject optional cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
Your choice is retained for 13 months in accordance with CNIL recommendations and UK PECR. After this period, the cookie banner will be shown again.

4. Google Consent Mode
EncoreLeo uses Google Consent Mode v2 to adapt Google Analytics behaviour based on your consent. If you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics will not collect any identifiable data and will operate in anonymous modelling mode. Default settings for EEA and UK Users are set to "denied" for advertising cookies and user data storage, in compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Analytics cookies are placed by third parties (Google, Microsoft). These third parties may transfer data to the United States. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and, for the UK, by International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTA).
